Training for employers on employing foreigners

On 17, 24 and 25 October 2019, trainings were organised in cooperation with the Institute of Economic and Legal Training in Opole Instytut Szkoleń Ekonomiczno – Prawnych w Opolu. Mr Piotr Malinowski was the trainer at the training. He is an attorney, specialist in foreign exchange law, social security, labour law. Expert on the legality of the employment of foreigners. An experienced lecturer of many years' standing. Since June 2017, he has conducted 237 training courses mainly in the field of labour law and employment of foreigners.
Trainings enabled employers to consolidate their knowledge about the rules concerning legal employment of foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Poland and updated their knowledge of e.g. the deadlines that changed in 2019. During the training sessions, the issues of arrival and stay of a foreigner in Poland were discussed. The trainer explained in detail the possibility of taking up legal employment in Poland by foreigners by discussing the procedures, deadlines and fees that employers meet with. During the training, the issues of control of the National Labour Inspectorate and the Border Guard were also raised.
A total number of 29 firms took part in the trainings, 35 people were trained.
